Always be prepared to provide proof of purchase, a receipt, and all information relating to the issue. All Sunward products, unless otherwise stated, carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects in manufacturing.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to persons or property caused by the use, abuse, misuse, failure to comply with operating instruction, and/or improper storage. With regards to rockets, this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to persons or property caused by failure to comply with the NAR Safety Code and or Canada's Model Rocket Safety code.

This warranty does not cover any modifications, alterations, or changes made to the kit, product, design, components, or recovery devices. This warranty does not cover any modifications, alterations, or changes resulting from failure to follow instructions provided.
